My Favorie smoothie fruit is banana. High n potassium, good for muscle building. Flavorful and a good thickener.
I love a carrot juice pineape smoothie. It’s how I prefer to start my day.
I make a berry smoothie with yogurt for my kids for dessert and they don’t know how good it is for them.
And beet juice is another trick; it’s good for you and adds some sweetness.

Berry smoothie- strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. I add yogurt and honey for regular smoothies or ice cream for ‘dessert’ ones 🙂

My five year old’s favorite is the berry smoothie with yogurt and a few ‘trees’ (broccoli) to make it ‘extra fun.’ Sounds disgusting, but he loves it!

I just gave birth to twin boys exactly 1 week ago. They are #4 and #5 for me. So now i have 5 kids under the age of 6. I dont have much time to work out and i doubt i will for the next 18 years. I could totally use this!!!

I LoVe strawberry smoothies!!!! And I like to add some lime for a little twist and a slight tartness. Mmmmm makes me want one now just thinking about it!
Acai makes an excellent and tasty smoothie ingredient. Many places now sell it frozen in pulp form.
Mangoes also are wonderful, especially when paired with bananas in a smoothie.
My Fav is Strawberries for sure!! I have been working so hard to slim down after having my baby 9 months ago!! I sure hope I win!!

So I’m due with my first child in a week and a half and am already excited to start getting on a new fitness routine — this is just what I need to jump-start my workout regimen! My favorite smoothie flavor is strawberry/pineapple/kiwi — Yum!
Blueberries, raspberries, apple juice, and a touch of wheatgerm is also terrific as a powerhouse morning pick-me-up.
One more: I also love fresh-squeezed orange juice smoothies with crushed ice, plain yogurt, a touch of vanilla, and a bit o honey. Sign me up!
